Research

Eames received his Ph.D. in nuclear astrophysics and his M.S. in physics from Texas A&M University in 2020 and 2016, respectively. His graduate and postdoctoral research centered on nuclear astrophysics and nuclear structure. Currently, Dr. Bennett puts those skills to use in solving national and global security problems.

Outreach

As a strong proponent for science literacy, Dr. Bennett frequently engages in outreach opportunities. He was a 2022 Citizen Science faculty member for the Citizen Science program at Bard College and enjoys giving talks on major scientific efforts.

About Me

In his spare time, Eames tries to spend as much time outdoors as possible. He can usually be found in the mountains of New Mexico and Colorado gravel biking, backpacking, or hiking with his dog, Bee.

This site is still under construction.

I'll try to add more content as I find time, but in the interim feel free to reach out via your preferred form of social media!

I'm a bit of an amateur photographer as well, so here's a few pictures from some hikes and adventures around the southwest.
